In September 2009, DiveRACE started with the idea that learning to scuba dive should be more than just a lesson. Instead, we see it as a journey to be enjoyed. Under the leadership of Lionel Lim, we hope to become a name synonymous with fun, adventure and enthusiasm for the sport of diving.

                       The name “DiveRACE” is a combination of the words, “Dive” and “Race”. When you’re diving with us, it doesn’t matter what culture or religion you come from. To us, anyone who loves to dive is one of us. This links up with our tagline – Diving is in our DNA. We may speak different languages and have different beliefs, but we’re all divers at heart! Also, Our Logo refers to the professionalism and satisfaction we hope to offer you, so that you will return to us to continue on your exciting dive journey.

                       Lionel Lim began diving at the age of 19 years old and has since been hooked on it ever since. With years of experience and the passion in being a qualified scuba diving instructor, he set out to begin his own company - DiveRACE. He hopes that everyone will have the chance to explore the majesty of the deep blue sea, and share his passion for all underwater creatures.

                       With our 24-metre MV DiveRACE, you get to enjoy dives in a comfortable setting and let our staff worry about the nitty gritty details. The vessel carries a crew of 7 to 8 and is able to accommodate a maximum of 23 customers on shorter trips, and 14 on longer trips comfortably.

                       With our chefs whipping up a variety of Thai, Western and Chinese dishes, you’ll be spoiled for choice at mealtimes. Also look out for our special menus where we’ll offer unique delicacies (e.g. Japanese BBQ).
